Terms of use
Ampule is published by Schwartz Software Group LLC. By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to apps distributed through the App Store. Where the two differ, the standard EULA governs the licence itself.
Not medical advice
Ampule is a personal record-keeping tool for your own injection history and supplies. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not recommend doses, does not calculate doses, and does not estimate the level of any substance in your body. It is not a medical device and has not been reviewed or approved by any regulatory authority.
You are responsible for what you record and for every decision you make about your own treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something in this app.
Your data is yours — and it's your copy
Ampule stores your records on your device only. We hold no copy, which means we cannot recover your data if your device is lost, damaged or reset, or if you delete the app. Keeping backups is your responsibility; the CSV export in Settings exists for exactly that. Subscriptions
Ampule is free to use with one compound. Ampule Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited compounds, dose reminders, vial inventory and CSV export.

- Prices are in US dollars and may differ in other regions; the exact price is always shown before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the period you have paid for ends.
- If a subscription lapses, the paid features re-lock. Nothing you have recorded is deleted.
Refunds
Apple is the seller of record for App Store purchases, so refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in Ampule went wrong, email us anyway — we would like to know, and we will help where we can.
Acceptable use
Use Ampule for your own record-keeping. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the app except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
Disclaimer and liability
Ampule is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of the figures it displays. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schwartz Software Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute about them belongs to the state or federal courts sitting in New York. If you live somewhere whose consumer-protection law gives you rights you cannot waive, or a local forum you cannot be required to leave, nothing here takes that away. Apple's standard EULA governs the licence itself and has its own terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date above. Continuing to use Ampule after a change means you accept the updated terms.
